| Abstract | 愛的力量可以改變一切，所有的宗教都是以愛為主軸，從己身擴展到全世界，愛自己、愛家人、愛社會、愛護各生命體，因愛而生慈悲心，不忍天下蒼生受苦，慈濟的大愛無國界、宗教、種族、膚色之分。
本研究採用質性研究法，將訪談資料進行整理分析，選定更生人復歸社會成功實例共四名，以半結構式進行深度訪談，受訪者的身份是由更生人到慈濟人，目前仍積極參與慈濟各項活動，樂於付出、行菩薩道、利他也為自己開創有意義的新人生，可為典範。
研究發現受刑人進入矯正機構，監獄行刑矯正處遇中的教化處遇是翻轉人生的重要轉捩點。慈濟人走進監所關懷受刑人，帶著證嚴上人的大愛撫慰受刑人的心，接納、陪伴、關懷溫暖一顆顆冷硬的心，引領更生人從環保回收為起點，躬耕環保、體悟人生的價值，啟發覺知生命的意義，立定方向，對過往懺悔、對當下感恩、對未來行利他之事，讓生命不再空轉，依著信仰為方針，立下宏願，布施利行。
綜上述研究結果分析與建議：一、教化處遇勝於司法正義。二、宗教信仰的力量勝於嚴刑峻法。三、教化矯治植入信仰。四、順應社會變遷的技能輔訓。信仰的力量為曾經失誤的人找到向上、向善、利他、共善的新方向。
The power of love can change everything. All religions are based on love, extending from oneself to the whole world. Love yourself, love your family, love the society, and love all living beings. Because of love, a compassionate heart cannot bear the suffering of the world. Tzu Chi's love knows no borders, religion, race or skin color.
This research adopts the qualitative research method to organize and analyze the interview data, and selects a total of four rehabilitated persons who have successfully returned to society, and conducts in-depth interviews in a semi-structured manner. Actively participating in various activities of Tzu Chi, willing to give, practice the Bodhisattva Way, and altruistically create a meaningful new life for yourself, which can be an example.
The study found that the prisoner's entry into a correctional institution and the indoctrination treatment in the prison execution correction treatment are an important turning point in turning his life. Tzu Chi people walked into the prison to care for the inmates, soothing the hearts of the inmates with the great love of Master Cheng Yan, accepting, accompanying and caring to warm the hard hearts, leading the rehabilitated people to start from environmental protection and recycling, Cultivation and environmental protection realize the value of life, inspire awareness of the meaning of life, set a direction, repent for the past, be grateful for the present, and do altruistic deeds for the future, so that life will no longer be idling, follow faith as the guideline, make a big wish, and give and benefit.
To sum up the analysis and suggestions of the above research results: 1. Enlightenment is better than judicial justice. 2. The power of religious belief is better than severe punishment. 3. Indoctrination and correction to implant beliefs.4. Skill training to adapt to social changes. The power of faith finds a new direction for those who have made mistakes to be upward, for good, altruistic and for common good. |
