Abstract | 過去心已滅不是真實的存在,未來心未生不是真實的存在,如果想像當下的心念是什麼樣,則這想像的東西不是真實的存在,真實存在的是當下心念本身. 只有安住於真實之存在才有可能於真實之存在之真實相. 南傳佛教的正念禪,止觀禪,默照禪,話頭禪等禪法都可理解為安住於真實的存在的方法. The passed mind has died away,so it is not real being yet. The future mind has not come into being,so it is not real being. The imagined present mind is also not real being. The real being is the present mind in itself. Only living in the real being can we see being's real form of real being. Many meditation methods ofHinayana Buddhism and Zen School can be understood as methods of living in the real being. |
