| Abstract | 邇來電腦犯罪案件越來越多，使圖書館事業經營頻增困擾，成為防治資訊犯罪新課題，立法院補行修正通過第二次電腦犯罪條款，本文即以民國八十九年增修刑法分則五個條款文根據，扼要說明對圖書館營運可能產生的衝擊，藉此呼籲業界同道關切資訊法律變遷之影響。 |
