| Abstract | 僧眾修行是為了學習佛法，消融自我以尋求解脫。而且透過奉獻所學，建設人間凈土，來圓滿成佛的資糧；同時僧團是一個完整的教育中心，一個幫助僧眾昇華自己的機構，亦是一個提供僧眾發心奉獻、圓滿成佛心願的場域。本文透過律藏及禪宗之叢林清規中有關教育體系的回顧與探討，並說明法鼓山世界佛教教育園區中的僧伽教育體系之現況，以期提供現代僧伽教育之參考與未來展望。 |
