Abstract  本文主要研究黃庭堅之〈士大夫食時五觀〉與〈四休居士詩〉之養生禪觀。從黃庭堅〈士大夫食時五觀〉與〈四休居士詩〉中,可以窺探出具足儒釋道三根之生命哲學的思想,融合於佛教思想中所蘊育出的禪淨雙修之內涵。黃庭堅運用去除欲念,安樂知足為用,藉詩、文以言志等一般士大夫的生活方式,在〈士大夫食時五觀〉與〈四休居士詩〉中蘊含精采的養生禪觀。筆者探討其中的食禪養生與現代之養生禪觀之關係,藉現代養生觀反思黃庭堅的創見。依華嚴之妄盡還源觀來看,這是一種回歸本性,讓一根淨反源,回歸六根通用的禪淨融合雙修思想。如《金剛經》云:「以世尊而說偈言,若以色見我,以音聲求我,是人行邪道,不能見如來」、「見諸相非相,則見如來」。黃庭堅於禪淨雙修中融會貫通,體驗到心、佛、眾生三無差別。食養專一,能與佛連結產生正能量,盡量不與眾生業力連結造成負能量,此所謂離相,離相並不是不接觸而遠離塵世,而係於心境界中修持。黃庭堅於四十歲真正學佛茹素後,於心境與飲食和生活作息中做出重大改變。從〈士大夫食時五觀〉與〈四休居士詩〉之養生禪觀中揭示出現代人身心靈體驗的意義,現代人的食禪研究也可反思黃庭堅〈士大夫食時五觀〉與〈四休居士詩〉養生禪觀之精髓,本文期能喚起現代人注重養生禪觀與生命意義之價值,本文因此也提出現代反思。全文從《黃庭堅全集》、《叢書集成》、《景文文淵閣四庫全書1113集部五二別集類》、《讀北山酒經客談》等古籍。對照觀察〈士大夫食時五觀〉之版本、食禪思想與現當代身心靈養生法之關係,從而呈現以禪宗回歸真如自性為依歸的當代食禪。

This article is aims at in the Huang Tingjian literary work the keeping in good health view to conduct the research.Because of observation when literary intelligentsia food five views and Four rests the scholar poem, spies on has Confucianism three philosophies of life the thought, fuses the imperial sacrifices which aquatic plants nurtures in the Buddhism thought only double to repair the connotation. From diet way to vegetarian diet idea discussion keeping in good health method, With understood Huang Tingjian proposed how the keeping in good health idea does unify with the modern life.
