| Abstract | 古人書香閨秀之刺繡，是以畫入繡的藝術品。談古之繡創，讓人嘆為觀止；聞古之習繡，讓人追之不及。談古論今，都叫人羨慕不已。當今紙繡藝術是結合創意，展現新時代的另類紙上刺繡。紙繡在台灣推廣至今十二年，在藝術教學合作中，一次與醫院邂逅「與藝術讓情緒舒壓體驗」的課程，碰撞出紙繡更大的影響力。所以，紙繡不僅是賞心悅目的手工藝術，也能達到正念（Mindfulness）與藝術治療之舒壓效果。 |
