| Abstract | 本篇是毗耶沙所著的《瑜伽經注．修煉品》白話翻譯與研究。在這一品譯注中，分為九段大綱，以方便了解整品大意。
在這第二品的《修煉品》中，提到了「行瑜伽」與「八支瑜伽」等的修煉方式。本文並討論八支瑜伽與六支瑜伽的關係與演變。在前言的最後一段，則是討論《瑜伽經注》與佛教的《俱舍論》之間的關係。
The present article is the annotated translation and study of the Sādhana-pāda of the Yogasūtra-bhāṣya. This Chapter of Sādhana-pāda is divided into nine sections, in order to outline the whole chapter.
There are yoga of action (kriya yoga) and eight limbs of yoga (aṣṭāṅga yoga) mentioned in this Chapter. The six limbs of yoga and the eight limbs of yoga are discussed in this paper. At the last part of introduction, I compare several similarities between the Yogasūtrabhāṣya and the Abhidharmakośa of Buddhism. |
