Jiao Tong , a university professor, poet, media publisher, foodie, how to manages and promotes dietary literature? Thanks to his promotion, the creation of Taiwanese dietary literature is still in the ascendant in recent years. This essay attempts to explore Jiao Tong's contribution to dietary literature from 1999 to 2020. Mainly discusses how Jiao Tong became the promoter of Taiwanese dietary literature, and the change of Jiao Tong's role in dietary literature. Eventually, quantities of Jiao Tong’s creations become solid foundation for Taiwanese dietary literature.
