Abstract本篇是《瑜伽經注》第四〈獨存品〉的譯注與研究。「獨存」是瑜伽派的解脫用語。

本文分為研究與譯注兩部分。在第一部分的研究中,我提出了四個議題來探討〈獨存品〉的內容。這四個議題分別是:(1)瑜伽派的業行習氣觀,(2)瑜伽派的時間觀,(3)瑜伽派對唯識說批判,(4)瑜伽派的解脫論等。

在討論瑜伽派的時間觀中,除說明印度諸派的時間觀,也說明了說一切有部的三世實有,並比較了有部的四大論師與瑜伽派的三種轉變。

The present paper is the annotated translation and study of the Kaivalya-pāda of the Yogasūtra-bhāṣya. „Kaivalya‟ is the terminology of Yoga school for liberation.

There are two parts in this paper. The first part has been further divided into four topics to discuss in terms of the content of chapter Kaivalya. These are: (1) The volitional formations (saṃskāra) and impints (vāsana) according to the Yoga school. (2) The conception of time according to the Yoga school. (3) The criticism of Buddhist vijñāmātra school according to the Yoga school. (4) The theory of liberation according to the Yoga school.

In terms of the discussion of the conception of time, the traditional Indian schools are introduced, as well as the theory of ''three-time-exist‟ of the Sarvāstivādins. The comparison between the theory of four masters of the Sarvāstivāda school and the theory of three types of transformation of Yoga school has also been made in
this paper.
