| Abstract | 現代正念的理論基礎，是訓練專注於當下，從訓練專注中，個人得以培養有覺察的發現自我，改善行為。現代正念也在各種社會機構中推廣，例如教育、醫療院所、監獄、運動員訓練等，因為可以幫助個體專注、提高學習品質、改善慣性行為，有助於解決機構特有的困境等。本文藉由系統性文獻回顧，檢索資料庫，爬梳現代正念應用於圖書資訊服務的相關文獻，希望藉由文獻回顧，可以了解正念方法在圖書館資訊服務的發展和應用，並從相關案例中有所學習。 |
