| 抄録 | 本研究之主要目的乃以全國頗具規模，隸屬於佛教慈濟基金會之下的青年志工團體 ─ 「 佛教慈濟大專青年聯誼會」為個案研究對象，透過慈濟人文教育精神以及宗教信仰，對於大專青年學生在服務社會與人際關係的增能，並探討其個體對生命意義的態度與看法及對宗教團體評價。本研究主要以台灣地區共145所大專院校慈青社幹部與社員為研究對象，運用機率比率抽樣法(PPS)，以結構性問卷採進行資料收集。
本文以慈濟大專青年聯誼會做為主要研究調查，透過營隊志工訓練之運作現況加以分析，對於宗教信仰價值所持觀點之異同及人、事、物的關懷與改變人文精神函養提昇，冀望對於未來慈濟宗教教育之推動，提供參考價值之建議。根據研究結果，建議未來傳承與使命有所幫助，並提升慈青對宗教價值的認知與素養，並在營隊活動加強課程的規劃，深入探討生命哲學與宗教信仰中對生命價值的觀點，在這樣的目標之下，將所學融入生命教育，並歸納所學知見就實踐狀況與省思，以增其正以化人的能力；我們無法掌握生命的長短，但能把握生命之寬廣度，透過慈濟精神人文教育，使生命更豐富而亮麗。
The main purpose of this study is to focus on the largest student’s group “TzuChi Young Volunteer”. It’s under and associated with TzuChi foundation. The research using the “TzuChi Young Volunteer” as the case object of study, try to analyze the humanities education spirit as well as the religious belief, regarding the universities’ young student in the service society and interpersonal relationship energizing, and discusses its individual appraises to the life significance manner and the view and to the religious group. This research mainly take the Taiwan area altogether 145 universities, colleges and institutes who belong to the “TzuChi Young Volunteer”. The researcher utilize probability ratio sampling method (PPS), picks by the constitutive questionnaire carries on the acquisition of information.
This research is taken from the “TzuChi Young Volunteer” as main object. Through the research and analyze, try to understand all the similarities and differences and the human, the matter the viewpoint regarding the religious belief value, the concern and the change humanities energetic letter raises the promotion, will hope aids kindly regarding the future impetus the religious education, will provide suggestion the reference value. According to the findings, suggests the future will inherit and the mission has the help, and will promote “TzuChi Young Volunteer” to the religious value cognition and the accomplishment, and will move the enhancement curriculum in the camp team, and will discuss in thoroughly the philosophy of life and the religious belief to life value viewpoint . Under such goal, will study integrates the life education, and will induce studies the knowledge to see on the practice condition and the province thinks, will increase its by is melting human's ability; We are unable to grasp the life the length, but can grasp width of breadth the life, penetrates aids kindly the energetic humanities education, causes the life to be richer and to be sharp. |
