| 抄録 | 現代社會過度消費肉食是導致全球暖化的重要因素之一，此刻當闡揚佛教的慈悲護生理念，呼籲世人愛護動物，保護環境，減緩暖化。人類因對動物無感與不了解，易於不知不覺間傷害他們。本論文旨在創作既能接續過去護生文本又能創作出適合現代兒童閱讀之護生繪本，使幼兒了解動物與人相同，亦具有情緒感受，宜當愛護尊重，以期長大成人自然擁有對動物的慈悲心。首先梳理佛經護生理念，研究據此理念創作影響當代甚鉅的護生圖文經典《戒殺放生文》、《戒殺放生文圖說》與《護生畫集》，分析其內容及圖文呈現形式，以篩選適合現代兒童閱讀之處，做為創作根據。從繪本專家理論書籍，探究優良繪本所需具備之條件，經由作家訪談學習創作技巧，成為繪寫依憑。最終以淺白語言撰寫故事內文，效法豐子愷簡單樸拙畫風，採電繪方式創作唯有黑白兩色之繪本故事《土鵝爸爸到哪去了?》。邀請國小老師與學生分享此書，並收集學生讀後心得予以分析研究，結果顯示：孩童均能對故事角色遭遇發出同情共感。由結論推知此類護生兒童繪本值得繼續創作。
Excessive consumption of meat is one of the leading contributors to global warming in modern civilization. Through the promotion of the Buddhist concept of compassion and protection of life, we call upon society to respect animals, protect the environment, and slow down global warming. People tend to harm animals unknowingly due a lack of understanding and subsequent indifference. The purpose of this thesis is to create a picture book that sustains the messages of past life conservation literature in forms suitable for children to read, so that children can understand that animals are beings capable of emotions and feelings that deserve love and respect. Through early exposure to this topic, children can develop a natural understanding compassion towards animals. This thesis first discusses the concept of life conservation in Buddhist scriptures, and its influence on notable contemporary life conservation literary works, "Essay on Abstinence from Killing and Releasing of Living Beings ", "Illustrations of Release and Abstinence from Killing" and "Paintings of Protecting Life", and further analyzes their method of content and graphical presentation in order to select suitable methods to create content for modern children to read. Furthermore, picture book theory literature was referenced to explore the components required for excellent picture books, and an interview was conducted with a picture book author to learn creative skills for a basis of creation. Finally, a monochrome picture book titled “Where Has the Goose Father Gone?” was created via digital tablet. The text of the story was written in plain, easy to understand language, and the art style imitates Feng Zikai's simple and unadorned style. An elementary school teacher were invited to share this book with her students, and the students' reflections after reading were collected for analysis and review. The results show that the children can empathize with the encounters of the characters in the story, and it can be deduced that such life conservation picture books designed for children are worth continuing to create. |
