| 抄録 | 薩迦班智達（簡稱「薩班」）的《三律儀差別論》在西藏佛教中極富盛名，被公認為是破斥錯誤修行及糾正異教的當代巨著，亦為西藏佛教中不可或缺、不可不知的佛學參考書，其所涉及之知識深度與廣度，使其富有研究價值。過去漢地極少專門討論西藏佛教戒律的著作，筆者以《三律儀差別論》中前二品為主軸，配合果然巴《三律儀差別論解說──顯明佛典密意》的科判做出譯釋，希望藉由這本《三律儀差別論》之前二品註釋，提供後學一些研究基礎。
本文第一章緒論中說明此書的研究目的與方法。第二章述及12世紀時代西藏佛教薩迦派的形成、薩班的生平，以及當時西藏與蒙古的關係。第三章則詳列薩班《三律儀差別論》之前二品──別解脫戒和菩薩戒之原文偈頌，並譯成中文，再以果然巴的科判為基礎加以註釋。第四章論述佛教在西藏的傳承演變過程中，薩班《三律儀差別論》如何影響當時教界，並就其主張的三律儀見解所涉及的問題，作更深入地討論，例如：就聲聞乘別解脫戒與大乘菩薩戒之受戒、捨戒、還淨等議題，擷列出幾個教內具爭議性的問題來說明；並於最後第五章作一總結。
Sakya Paṇḍita's “A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes” with great reputation in Tibetan Buddhism, is generally acknowledged as a famous contemporary work to refute the wrong practice and unorthodox religions. Being an indispensable and a must-known Buddhist Studies reference in Tibetan Buddhism, its wide and rich knowledge makes it valuable in research. Since research of Tibetan Buddhist Vinaya in Chinese-speaking world is rare, the researcher focuses on the first two chapters of “A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes”, accompanied by the outline of Gorampa's Commentary of “ A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes-- Expound the Intent of Buddhist Scripts”. It is hoped by offering this annotation of the first two chapters of Sapaṇ's “A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes”, this research study may give implications for further research.
The first chapter〈Introduction〉introduces research objectives and methods for research. Chapter Two describes the founding of Sakyapa School, Sakya Paṇḍita's brief biography and the relationship between Tibet and Mongolia during the twelfth century. Chapter Three presents the Tibetan Verses and Chinese translation of the first two chapters- “Individual Liberation Vows” and “Boddhisattva Vow” of Sakya Paṇḍita's “A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes”, with an annotation based on Gorampa's outline. Chapter Four focuses on the influence of Sakya Paṇḍita's “A Clear Differentiation of the Three Codes” to Tibetan Buddhism at that time. Besides the general discussion of the Three Codes, this research study especially mentions how to take, give back and purify the “Individual Liberation Vows” and “Bodhisattva Vow”, and some controversy issues. Chapter Five is the final and concluding chapter of this thesis. |
