抄録 | It is believed that the Buddhist view of no-self can help to clarify the problem of personal identity in contemporary philosophy. My article compares Śāntarakṣita's view of no-self with Katherine Hawley's discussion of personal persistence. The investigation aims to show how Śāntarakṣita's perspective advances contemporary theories on this topic. |
