| 抄録 | 長久以來，宗教對人類社會的發展一直有很深遠的影響，往往在社會變遷之際，能夠發揮其效用成為新社會文化道德的基礎。隨著經濟發展，台灣從農業社轉變為工商業社會，社會的轉型使得傳統道德文化失去了賴以實踐的社會人文條件，因此無法做為提昇實際社會道德文化的基礎。近年來台灣宗教活動興盛，宗教團體在社會的發展中，扮演著愈來愈重要的角色，逐漸在慈善，醫療，環保，文化等各方面發揮其影響力。宗教服務的方式也隨著現有社會環境作調整，使顧客能夠更容易接受宗教服務。在所有的宗教團體中，慈濟功德會以從事社會公益活動做為宗教服務的訴求，深受社會大眾的認同。因此本研究以慈濟為研究對象，嘗試由服務涉入的觀點來探究宗教服務的內涵，以做為其它宗教團體服務管理的參考。本研究以文獻分析法，人員訪談法，參與觀察法進行研究，並由個案分析結果，發展宗教服務相關命題，以供後續研究參考。本研究之具體結論如下：１、既使一般社會大眾對接受宗教服務往往抱著遲疑的態度，但宗教服務卻往往能滿足顧客許多的潛在需求。２、宗教服務的成功不僅在能夠於服務的過程中有效地傳播教理，訓練顧客自己從生活中去體會宗教思想的意涵更是重要。
For a very long time, religion has great a influence on the development of human society. When the society environment changes, it can make a marked effect and becomes the basis of moral and culture of the new society. By the economic development,Taiwan society changed from the agricultural society to the industrial and business society. It makes traditional moral and culture unsuitable for use, and can''t act as the basis of improving the moral and culture. Recent years, Taiwan''s religious activities are vigorous. Religious organizationd play increasing important roles on the development of society, they have great influences gradually on the charity, medical treatment, environment protection, eduaction and culture. Many religious organizations adjust the service mode to the change of the social environment toattract customers to accept the religious service. Of all religious organizations, Tzu Chi Foundation uses engaging the activities of social public good as a call of religious service, and gets the public approval. Therefore, the study try to find the interest of the religous service of Tzu Chi by the pespective of the service involvement, and hope to be the references of the religious service management. The study worked by the literature analysis, interviews and participant observation, and develops the propositions about the religious service. Finally, the imolication on the religious service management are also discussed. |
