摘要 | Confucians treat education with upper most concern, for it trains perfect,well-learned scholars, with highly esteemed behavior. This is the aim and wish of Confucian education. The topics discussed between Confucius and his students in the twenty chapters of Confucian Analects, most of them emphasize education and philosophy. But the most presentative sayings are about "Well learned scholars with highly esteemed good behavior".
This paper will mainly discuss these sayings about "Well-learned scholars with highly esteemed good behavior." It will be divided into four sections; Forward Where do these two sayings come from? And the ancient annotations. Ku Ting Lim's (顧亭林) annotation on wide learning and good behavior, which have to be simultaneously cultivated. This is the principle of Confucian education. Ku Thing Lim practiced it to promote and extend the Confucian analects all his life.
This principle transcends all the commons and should be followed forever.
It enriches the spirit of the country. . |
