藉《六度集經》故事選探討學前特教巡迴輔導教師工作調適之道=A Study of Discussing the Work Adjustment of the Preschool Special Education Itinerant Teacher by “A Selections of the Six Perfections”

In this study, a Taipei preschool special education itinerant’s teaching work adjustment was discussed through the record of mentoring events and the 14 story dialogue reflections in 《A collection of the Six Perfections》by using action research.Following are the two purposes : Discuss the work difficulties and strategy adjustment of preschool special education itinerant with stories of 《A collection of the Six Perfections》; Discuss the impact on the faith of the six perfections to the work difficulty adjustment of the preschool special education itinerant. The effects of work difficulties and adjustments : Giving faith and taking teacher’s revising strategies are the second thoughts and tolerance when facing with delicate case processing and parent-teacher interaction. They stimulates the use of multiple communication measure and the power of integrating relating resources. Strategy flexibility transformation and maitainance in teaching need the central idea of finding balance and being conscious of leave no emotion with specification. The tolerance in teaching site is to learn lowering self-regulation when encountering disagreement. Positively counter the difficulties and refine the solving strategy. Face with the prosperity and adversity of education situation with perseverance. There will be the opportunity of dedicating ourselves to progress when meeting with the obstacles. After being familiar with skills,we need inheritance and reconstruction to promote mastering harmony event skill,not to degenerate profession. Meditation makes mind calm to see demands, maintain vigilance and make a choice. Knowing the abruptness of work like this, we won’t be trapped by professional framework. Intelligence is that the one who get the tips of shortening deficit in multiple differences. The best margin distance of mutually protecting will be opened as no obstruction in empathic thinking. Make a suggestion according to the study : At the preschool special education itinerant side, increasing the exlcusive professional learing of special teaching needs to expand multiple feasibilities. In addition, increasing the profession of making work virtuous cycle and establishing the troubleshooting system of counseling difficulties need to be thought highly. Recommendations for itinerant team : Increase the learning of religious spiritual growth, give the teachers the way of consultative assistance, increase the helping efficacy of the work team.
