宗教信仰、生命意義感與幸福感之相關研究 - 以嘉義縣國小教師為例=A Study on the Relationship Among Religious Beliefs, the Sense of Meaningful Life, and the Well-Being of Elementary School Teachers in Chia-Yi County
This research examined the relationship among religious beliefs , sense of meaningful life and the well-being of teachers in Chia-yi County. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed , and 245 valid questionnaires out of 268 questionnaires were returned, resulting in the effective response rate of 82%. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, reliabilit analysis , t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and regression analysis . The conclusions were as following: (1)Religious beliefs were significantly positive related to the sense of meaningful life.(2)The sense of meaningful life was significantly positive related to the well-being.(3) Religious beliefs were significantly positive related to the well-being.(4) Religious beliefs of elementary school teachers in Chia-yi County significantly differed from the teachers’ age,annual donation and religious ownership. (5) The sense of meaningful life significantly differed from the teachers’ annual donation. (6) The well-being significantly differed from the teachers’ position and annual donation.
