By this research to more understand the employees who have become to believers their behaviors and responsibility, relation with who have become to believers their behaviors and responsibility haven’t changes. This study was to discussed about the believers in three religious, the religious can influences their behaviors and responsibility. We have already interviewed 15 professional manager in each of three religious, and have already to issued 150 questionnaire to believers for three religious, through this research to analysis the religious can influences believers their behaviors and responsibility. That results can provide to the company to know how to hiring employees (Choice、Training、Hired) in the future, also provide these result to the organization of religious to preach a sermon in the future We assumed that 13 opinions, the end of results only 1 opinion discrepant, because of the converted process is important. The remainder 12 opinions that completely matched. In our daily life the everyone all are affected by the social and culture, that appearance in our behaviors and concepts, especially in this diversifying social and global age. In this study we are found out by through religious converted that will indirect our behaviors. By these results we can know that research is a positive result, that can define the Christianity , Buddhism, I-Kuan Tao, it can effect believers behaviors that different with old management before. The purpose of this study in according with by the conversion of religious, that believers leading the religious to the corporation, that will be obtaining perception of organization support. That results has proved the Christianity, Buddhism and I-Kuan Tao had positive influence to personal and the social. That way for the corporation to reference ,it''s different from usual, we can by the power of religious to changes our behaviors, that is a mutually beneficial for the corporation , the management and the employees.
