The purpose of this study is to explore the late Master Jih-Chang’s content, practical application and practice of education. It includes the implementation of this monk’s educational thoughts in preschool education practices.The study uses documentary analysis and case study methods. The results of this study are based on the interviews of six teachers, directors and concept planners who were early involved in the Miau-Hueh Preschool in January 2019, and related documents, to collect and analyze the data. For the conclusions of the study, there are four results from the research. They are as follows: First, Master Jih-Chang attached importance to how education is formed, promoted Confucianism, enhanced the heights of laymen's spiritual achievement, established Buddhism as a career and strove to promote the "Lamrim chenmo” Buddhist classic. The monk’s educational thoughts were deeply influenced by the background and learning experiences at each stage of his growing process. With the "Lamrim chenmo” Buddhist classic as the core value of education, "Lamrim" is the basis for education to and carry out the "three-quantity and five-level" form of study, which is the main axis of the "Lamrim" education system, and the three major businesses in the foundation’s corporate structure. Leading different beings at the starting point of their lives through spiritual advancement, step-by-step, the trend of "increasing livelihood" can be reached to achieve spiritual liberation. Second, in the discussion of educational enlightenment and practical application, Master Jih-Chang’s educational focus is on learning that infinite life needs to be continuously upgraded, and the three major efforts of the foundation "Intellectual Enhancement", "Cultural Education" and a "Compassionate Heart" are promoted. The principle was then created.Establishing a foundation to promote these three major businesses,the establishment of the "Bliss and Wisdom Buddhism Foundation" was for the "Bliss & Wisdom Lamrim Buddhist Classes", which led to the study of Buddhism at home, the promotion of spiritual enhancement, and the gradual resolution of the root of bitterness and unhappiness.The establishment of the "Bliss & Wisdom Culture and Education Foundation" was to promote Confucian education and establish educational courses at all stages to promote education and create a good learning environment.The establishment of the "Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation" was to promote organic pesticide-free business, care for healthy food, care for the environment, and the hope to maintain a healthy lifestyle and create a virtuous cycle of the environment in which we live. Third, in the practice of early childhood education, the volunteers, teachers, directors and concept planners involved, because they follow the late Master Jih-Chang and have learned a lot from him, so they wanted to keep following him and attain a higher level of authentic wisdom together
