The Author devoted himself to finding the source of the diseases as well as helping people to relieve physical diseases. Based on many years of clinical experience, an efficacious method for mental and physical therapy is developed. According to clinical clinical experiences in using Body-Mind therapy to treat diseases including mental and physical disorder, the author hold that: bad state of mind lead to bad posture, bad posture induce the stagnation of vital energy and blood, hence there are diseases in the viscera. Having empathy with the pain of his client, a therapist can find out and dredge the stagnation points. In order to establish the theory of Body-Mind therapy from higher point of view, the author has explained the causes of mental and physical disorder and the methods of healing in the light of Buddhism. Furthermore, on ground of the original Buddhism, the author has apply the「Putting Oneself in Others’ Shoes」 theory (自通之法) to explain the empathy between the therapist and his client.
