班級經營的人文理念與實務—以《阿含經》與佛教的律典為主要依據=Humanistic Philosophy and Execution of Classroom Management — According to the Āgama and the Buddhist Historical Scriptures
Buddha was a great educator, who leaded one thousand, two hundred and fifty disciples to achieve the stage of arahata, a valuable person. The researcher summarized how the Buddha leaded monks according to the Āgama in Mandarin version, Buddhism's laws and ancient Buddhism's transcripts. The researcher's goal itself connects commentary classroom management to the wisdom from the past and it is exactly what the author is working for. There are five chapters in this research papers, which includes: Chapter 1-Introduction;Chapter 2-Classroom management of Humanistic Philosophy and how personality and relationship affect teaching and learning ;Chapter 3- Basic principle and strategy of classroom management and make peers as your helpers;Chapter 4- treatment of deviation behaviors and disobedience and how the teachers accommodate ; Chapter 5-Conclusion. The researcher had gotten a lot of experience from preparing this master's dissertation. The Āgama and the Buddhist historical scriptures offers a model to explain how the definition (Definition of Buddhist is called Ching)and methodology works out smoothly.( Methodology of Buddhist is called Lyui.) In other words, our goal is to combine the thesis of Ching and Lyui in the classroom management, in which leading a class in a positive, responsible, democratic and happy direction.
