The purpose of this paper is to explore Buddhist counseling theory and practice of hospice services. And practice for the discussion of hospice to our country, we attempt to look into Buddhist concepts as well as various hospice practices. Through these experiences, we try to apply Buddhist Counseling Hospice theories and their hospice positioning and application methods. The results show that the application of Buddhist Counseling Hospice proves to be helpful. This study is a comparative research and analysis of Buddhist literature and problems with previous research methods. Current theories say that if Buddhist counseling practices are applied to hospices, which are based upon Buddhist scripture and previous discussion. These theories are compared with philosophical counseling research, and conclude that the theories from the Buddhist Miscellaneous Agama put emphasis on the mood in which the conversation is had, in regards to end of life care.
