The Blisswisdom, a Tibetan Buddhist Group established for thirty years, has become an important religious movement which makes a powerful impact to Taiwan Society in various ways. Kalyāṇa-mitra (善知識) is its key trait to understand the Blisswisdom whether from internal or external observation. The founder of the Blisswisdom, Master Ri-Chang (日常法師), who owned higher educational background, dedicated himself to the doctrine, “pu ti dao ci di guang lun” (菩提道次第廣論, The Great Treatise On The Stages Of The Path To Enlightenment), preaching. Thus, the organizations he found also possessed a strong knowledge oriented style. His disciples, also owned higher educational background, were attracted by him profoundly no matter in recruitment, missionary model and its rituals. Master Ri-Chang, he criticized the contemporary society for loss of traditional ethics and the trust in food production just like a cynics. He then proposed Confucianism Restoration and Organic Agriculture as solutions to those problems. Specially all these solutions had also been skillfully embedded to the Ten Good Karma Precepts (佛教十善業). With modern management knowledge numerous laypersons were engaged by him to various foundations establishments which provide as practice venue of the taught doctrine. Comparing with the other contemporary mainstream Buddhist movements, the Blisswisdom used to showing a low profile in Taiwan society with hardly showing up in mass media for years. The succession dispute suddenly erupted and presented in TV Talk Show a few years ago, became the focus of the Buddhist society. This dispute also caused team split-up within the Blisswisdom. The successor, Master Zhen Ru (真如上人), was criticized with her lay personality, female, mainland China nationality and several scandals, plus with uncertain succession plan of Master Ri Chang to the public before he passed away. The Blisswisdom thus built up the Great Enlightenment Buddhist Institute Society (GEBIS) in Edward Prince Island, Canada, as a new alternative core authority center to solve her problem without staying in Taiwan substantially and to keep on preforming her leader’s authority remotely. Her reinterpretation class through internet on “pu ti dao ci di guang lun” and Master Ri Chang’s voice recorder also won her sanctity which successes directly from Zongkaba (宗喀巴) and Master Ri Chang. Her frequently showing up in missionary congregations through internet, composing eulogy songs and initiating environment reservation issues have made her a new religious charisma power firmly. This thesis adopts literature searching, field observation and in-deep interview with snowball sampling as methodology to engage five important issues of the Blisswisdom, including 1) the Charisma power of the Blisswisdom leaders; 2) laypersons’ social profile and perception to contemporary society; 3.) l
