宗教團體志工的組織認同與發展：以士林地區慈濟功德會為例=A Study on the identification of the volunteer in the religious group and its development –focus on the Tzu Chi Foundation in Shin-Lin district. Taipei.
There are about two to four million people in Taiwan join Tzu Chi volunteer’s Organization, who agree with Master Chan Yen’s idea in Humanistic Buddhism , and this organization has a great effect on the religious social service ,which includes charity、medicine、education and humanistic culture. This study’s main research theme is the volunteer system and function of Tzu Chi foundation in Shin-Lin district. These following questions will be discussed deeply in the research: 1.Why do general people join volunteer’s Organization in Shin-Lin district？ 2. How does volunteer’s Organization in Shin-Lin district operate？ 3. What is the feeling of the volunteers about Shin-Lin Tzu Chi volunteer’s organization? How do they agree with the organization they work for？ 4. Does the personal development of the volunteers relate to how they identify with the organization? 5. Does the development of the organization relate to how the volunteers identify with the organization? The author will analyze and discuss these questions and assumptions, and get the reasonable answers.
