The method of religious communication is undoubtedly accompanied by the characteristics of contemporary society. In this era of rapid development of network information, people's demand for spirituality has not been reduced, but more urgently pursued. Therefore, the way to pursue spirituality is also transformed by the influence of contemporary technological civilization. In the modern age of advanced technology, the transmission mode of traditional religious beliefs is silently influenced by Internet and the spiritualists of folk beliefs in Taiwan have also invested in online platforms. We do not need to walk into temples or altars to seek religious information, as long as we search on the Internet, we can get a variety of spiritual and religious information. This article will draw various cases from the Internet and analyze how the spiritualists of folk beliefs in Taiwan construct religious views and transmit religious ideas through virtual environment. The results of the study found that the relationship between folk beliefs and the Internet is mostly between "religious information acquisition", "providing identity", and "religious social communication on the Internet”. Unluckily, internet spiritualists of folk beliefs did not use the sacramental space as a virtual sacred field for actual spiritual activities. It is concluded that Internet communication is gradually affecting the faith life of the spiritualists of folk beliefs in Taiwan. Due to the advancement of the Internet, the relationship between folk beliefs and the Internet, whether it is possible to achieve the ideal of a virtual sacramental space is more worthy of study. Therefore, the study of the phenomenon of spiritual belief on the Internet is a very noteworthy issue.
