| Abstract | 社會穩定是改革和發展的前提。為保持我省藏區穩定的政治和社會環境，文章從十個方面論述了影響穩定的宗教及其相關問題，並提出了相應的對策建議。
Social stability is the prereguisite for the reform and development. The essay duells in ten aspects on religion and some problems that influence social stability in Qinghai. It advanles counter-measures and suggestions of political and social circumstance that can keep Stable our society, especially that of Tibetan communities region of our province. |
