Abstract我們不要以為死亡真的是什麼；在我的看法，死亡只是一種生命現象，死亡是一種生命現象的轉換點，或是轉換過程。所以，別人問我：「你內心的認識中有沒有死亡這件事情？」我可以很肯定的講，我根本不認為生命有可能會死的，不可能！生命有可能會終止，但那不叫作「死亡」，它叫「解脫」，在佛法中只有佛或是羅漢，他們能夠超越生死的現象，而達到靜止的解脫，即所謂涅槃。
