Abstract | The article explores the present state of Buddhism in China. Buddhism was introduced in China more than 2,000 years ago. The Chinese regard Sakyamuni as their founder, To date, the religion has become the largest on China's mainland, having an estimated 100 million members. There is already a new trend in Buddhism in China. White-collar Buddhist, which are educated, are making pace in the tight competition in the business world. |
