Abstract | The article reflects on the author's opinion on the role of Buddhism in terms of harmony in China. The religion tells people that all things are interdependent and connected to each other, therefore, it believes that disharmony of human relations are caused by greed, desire, self-opinion, pride and others which are deeply rooted in people's mind. Buddhism's introduction to China from India has coexisted in harmony with components of Chinese traditional culture. |
