| Abstract | 每個人的生命都會遭遇重要疑問－面臨生死課題：生從何來﹖死往何去﹖在生死兩點之間身心如何安頓？本文旨在比較禪宗六祖惠能及先秦道家莊子，並企圖透過建構二人的哲學諮商方法（method of philosophical counseling）為徑路，聚焦於二者之生死 (life and death)問題的觀點，探究二者思想觀點的交涉與會通之處。擇選禪宗惠能與道家莊子，欲建構惠能、莊子哲學諮商歷程及技術（方法），由師徒說法與寓言故事之「對話」模式，呈顯其生死學的相關內容之哲學諮商技巧。學習其生死之智慧，資以協助每個人以哲學的方式來幫助自己，並獲得屬於自己的最佳策略，進而幫助世人勘破生死的謎題，在面對自己及他人的生老病死，知生死之源，了生死之義，破生死之執，解生死之惑，惜生死之間。 |
