| Abstract | 佛教傳入中國后 ,除了在義理上大力宣傳以外 ,還更多地利用佛教典籍中大量的故事、寓言、譬喻、史詩等通俗易懂的形式 ,使佛教進一步走入廣大的百姓中間。佛教的這些生動形式不僅為六朝正在興起的志怪小說提供了豐富的素材、題材、語詞等 ,尤為重要的是 ,它們還在人生觀、道德觀、時空觀、小說的情節、敘事方式以及奇特的想象等方面 ,對六朝志怪小說產生了深刻的影響。如果拋開其宗教內容的話 ,可以說 ,佛教中的這些形式 ,是對中國文學的一大禮贈。
[Abstract]
After it was introduced into China, Buddhism not only propagandized its religious doctrines, but also reached the Chinese people through easily understandable popular stories, fables, analogies and epics in Buddhist works. These lively forms in Buddhism supplied plenty of materials and phraseology to the Zhiguai Stories which were springing up in the Six Dynasties. What's more, they exerted great influence on the Zhiguai Stories in such respects as philosophy, morality, views of space-time, story plots, ways of narration and fantastic imagination. Regardless of their religious content, these forms in Buddhist works were really a good present to Chinese literaure.
