| Abstract | 開始本文的寫作之前,我查閱了一些相關資料。在這裡,我不想再重復那些讓人觸目驚心的報道和數據,相信這對於每一位真正關心環境問題的人都不是新鮮的話題。我覺得也沒有必要就環保的必要性和迫切性展開論述,相信在這一點上,應該也不會有人公開地表示反對。但問題是,為什麼環境惡化始終得不到有效的逆轉?
