| Abstract | 印順是佛教研究領域劃時代的人物，「人間佛教」思想的倡導者和推動者。他創建的福嚴佛學院持續時間最長，貫穿臺灣僧伽教育始終。從學院的特色、教育理念幾方面分析得出：印順是福嚴的靈魂，是其延續和發展的精神保證；福嚴是印順僧伽教育思想的具體產物，是發揚其「人間佛教」理念的載體。印順－福嚴模式對大陸發展中的僧伽教育大有裨益。
