Abstract與印度佛教相比,中國佛教基本上是大乘佛教的天下。大乘佛教慈悲救度的價值取向、掃相顯空的思維方法與眾生皆可成佛的心性論思想都可以在儒道思想中找到對應的內容。這種對應就成為大乘佛教在中國得以廣泛傳播的思想根源。而儒道學術史上融合兼綜的傳統又培養了中國義學僧人融納會通的精神,使大乘佛教創造性地發展出圓教形態。

Chinese Buddhism is Mahayanist.The salvation spirit,emptiness method and Buddha nature theory all can find their counterpart in Confucianism and Taoism.These do a great favor for Mahayanist to propagate in China.Chinese tradition has cultivated a lot of great men for Buddhism and they have developed Buddhism into a new stage.

四.儒道兩家均有評判學術,容納吸收不同的思想以豐富發展自身的傳統.中國的義學僧人將此傳統帶入佛門,促進了中國大乘圓教思想的形成
