Abstract關於師生關係,藏族傳統寺院教育中不僅有一套完整的實踐體系,而且有系統的理論基礎和理論指導。雖然藏傳佛教寺院教育中有關師生關係的傳統主要是針對出家人而言,且有許多規定和方法不符合現代教育之理念,甚至相互抵觸。但也有不少內容,如對老師品德修養的要求、學生在確定師生關係時的主動性以及對課堂內外師生互動的規定等,對改善和確立現代教育中新型的師生關係仍有積極的啟發意義和一定的借鑒作用。
