Abstract佛學的基本原理是緣起性空的中道觀，即一切事都因緣而有自性本空，緣起故性空，性空故緣起，緣起與性空是一切存在之事的本然實相。世間哲學中基本範疇有心、物、時、空等。世間哲學是玄想之學，非真實之學，因它所探討的本體論，認識論等問題，都執於自性為成見，尋求萬物發生的本體，把本體當成實體。這與佛學所認為的實無自性不變之體存在相違。
