| Abstract | 康奈爾大學（Cornell University），位於紐約州西北部的山城伊薩卡（Ithaca），創立於1865年，是一所綜合性的國立大學。大學取名於創立者農業家和政治家艾茲拉·康奈爾（Ezra Cornell）的名字。康奈爾大學自稱“不隸屬於任何宗教派別，實行男女兼收制，讓貧農和富紳子弟得以並肩學習”，“是第一所歐式古典學術與實用技藝並重的美國大學；也是第一所鼓勵學生自由選課，不必一定遵循既定課程的大學”。 |
