Abstract雍正皇帝所親近的是臨濟宗磬山派的法嗣獨超方、夢庵格、迦陵音、調梅鼎和曹洞宗投子法裔萬清侶石禪師。從《揀魔辨異錄》和《御選語錄後序》得見其悟境深不可測,而批判漢月弘忍師徒也言之有物。漢月法藏一系是清初流行在浙、蘇、豫、湘各省的法派,而以蘇州海虞三峰山清涼禪院為大本山,弟子密集在蘇州、台州等處,思想上並非正統,其獨創一大○相和未獲印可的「五家宗旨」有嚴重的錯誤。門下最大支派退翁洪儲結交反清義士,使雍正批判漢月被疑為真意在剷除禍根而非思想之爭,史料證明思想仍是主要原因。雍正皇帝一生建設二十五寺,為獎勵禪宗,修建十四寺;為扶助藏傳佛教,啟建九寺,尤以修建惠遠廟供養達賴喇嘛用費四十萬兩最鉅,後續補給修繕未計在內。修建各寺中以紀念康熙皇帝的計有十二寺,以盡人子孝道。 對僧侶的控制甚嚴,禁止妄收徒眾,剃度弟子,私自建廟。僧侶犯罪刑加一等。傳皇戒之後在宮中啟建禪七法會在教史上少見。齋僧十省亦為當代大事。 雍正初年《北京版西藏大藏經.丹珠爾》雕刻完竣,《奈塘新版》在頗羅鼐主持下亦出版;德格土司的《德格版》亦開刻而於乾隆初年出版,史稱善本。皇帝並命土觀活佛譯《藏文大藏經》為蒙文。漢文方面,皇帝主動發起開刻《龍藏》。晚年對全國叢林大寺關心資助貢獻非淺。 浙江省佛教此時有蓬勃的發展,全國建設寺院經初步統計,此時長江流域最盛,建寺數量可以證明。
