| Abstract | 覺之教育，即是以啟發人本有的覺性做為教育的主體. 覺性的啟發，猶如陽光普照大地，自光明亦光明大地眾生. 本文以緣起論，因果論及靜坐等為例，做為覺之教育內容，從認知與行為的觀點，來探討覺之教育與自我成長的關係，及其對社會人心的正向影響.
最後筆者提出兩點建議，一者盼望能將覺之教育，如靜坐，因果論爭，列入各級學校教育之活動或教材中. 二者成立覺之教育推廣協會，結合關心教育之社會人士，教師，教育行政工作者等，共同來推廣覺之教育. |
