Abstract宇宙以人為主,人以心為主,心主導吾人一切之語言動靜,故經云:「心淨則國土淨」故佛法予人治心之法要,在原始佛教之安般禪法,至六妙門,都以數息之為初門,但可調練心境,至轉識心時. (從粗心至細心至微心……妙心)心不妙,不契佛法妙理. 佛法妙,而中妙有,有而非有,是大菩薩行四無量心(慈,悲,喜,捨),無緣大慈,同體大悲,不祇為慈悲自己,更要慈悲他人,因能慈悲自己,才能慈悲他人. (慈能與樂,悲能拔苦)

現世人不知為自己拔苦,反而更增自己苦,故有愚痴眾生自作業,一直讓自己苦到困在牢獄而不自覺者,令人慈憨至極,故筆者曾寫一畫,題目:「我佛中宵有淚痕」菩薩「不為自己求安樂,但願眾生得雕苦」,這種的悲心就是真心的心理環保. 般若經云:「不自惱,不惱他」心理清淨故都能心淨. 儒日:「定而后能靜,靜而后能安」彼此相安才是心理環保之成功. 現今許多人倡言環保,未知心理環保之關鍵,也是徒勞.

佛陀施教,旨於調心一靜淨,始知我人生命之歲月的可貴,彼此關懷愛護不暇,何得彼此相殘. 如是,則欺詐,爭奪,殺害等人為災禍自息,故云心理環保才能自他兩利. 佛法之兩利是徹底的互助,例如為他人獻力服務,則日成就功德. (宗教儀式有薦他人去世誦經,為亡者超度安靈,此是佛教對人生命結束後仍具的關懷). 然而自己也有誦經之七分功德. 故心理環保亦是終身教育之要旨,因生命安頓,自在來去的人生. (本文以淨妙心之傳播教育的心理環保為主旨).
