Abstract | The two states of Kua (瓜) and Sha (沙),which we now refer to She An (西安),Dunhuang (敦煌) provinces, remaining its own characteristic history events. Widely speaking,it does not only include races and religions thought around Dunhuang border,but also infiltrated with tablet-carving,calligraphy,painting,sculptures and diagram-design etc. Some of this cultural came from the stone-room of Dunhuang. Some become treasures of the libraries of museums at Peiping,Taipei,London,Paris, Japan,Korea and Russia. Some are photographs taken from fresco in the cave of Dunhuang and the Tsao-ching (藻井) decorated with lines on it. There are also a few silk-painting,or paintings on paper and also p'an (旛) paintings, etc. All these arts briefly explain according to the periods of Dynasties in the text. |
