| Abstract | 劉禹錫與佛教的關系，貫穿其一生。他與僧人的交往具有文字之交、佛理之交和不拘宗派的特點。貶謫之后，劉禹錫奉佛尤盛，方式也有所不同。他會通儒釋的觀念代表了中唐文人的普遍看法。《維摩詰經》是對劉禹錫影響較大的一部經典，這不僅表現在他對與之相關的佛教傳說故事的襲用及義理的闡發，還表現在他以維摩詰教義為人生踐履，在塵俗世界一直頑強地堅守自己的信念和理想，並形成有別于其他文人的行為方式。
Liu Yu xi was closely linked to Buddhism throughout his life. His association with monks was characterized by his literary writing, religious theories and his varied religious beliefs. LIU Yu xi believed in Buddhism after relegation in a distinctive way of merging Confucianism with Buddhism which represented the common idea of scholars in the Tang Dynasty. Greatly influenced by Vimalakirtinirdesasutra, LIU Yu xi firmly stuck to his own belief which differed from other scholars. |
