Abstract明朝以來,在我國藏傳佛教地區,包括藏族和蒙古族喇嘛寺院系統內,一直流行一种八思巴字樣的文字,用于印章、楹聯、匾額、經卷封面等,但主要用途是印章。如佛教上層人土的個人名章,教派首領、高僧、大小僧官在不同歷史時期受封某种尊號或名號和某种榮譽稱號或職位的印章。有特制的金印、銀印、玉印、銅印、鐵印、木印等。
