Abstract中國佛教寺院制度的形成有一個逐步完善的過程,至唐百丈懷海禪師立《百丈清規》而趨於成熟。佛教早期有東晉道安法師制定僧尼軌範,確立行香定座上經上講之法,常日六時行道飲食唱時法,以及布薩差使悔過等法,可惜其文今已不傳。隋時智者大師為天台教團制訂了各種定制立法,這是現存最早的佛教寺院的軌儀制度,其文載錄於《國清百錄》。《國清百錄》共四卷,初由沙門智寂纂集,書未成而逝,灌頂繼續增撰。此書載錄了天台教制和一些懺儀行法,以及智者大師與陳、隋兩朝上層統治者來往的文書信件,還有不少碑文,這些都是研究天台宗的形成過程。
