| Abstract | 隋唐時期，就思想文化史而論，在儒、釋、道三教並峙的整體格局中，佛教鼎盛，出現天臺宗、華嚴宗、唯識宗、禪宗等重要宗派，它們擁有獨立的寺院經濟，形成衣缽相承的傳法世系(法統)及各有特色的佛學體系：止觀並重的天臺義海，理事無礙的華嚴玄門，八識三性的唯識名理，教外別傳的禪學心印，滲透於社會生活的各個方面，成為影響中國思想文化和民族思維的重要因素。
