| Abstract | 菩薩是梵語 Bodhisattva 的音譯簡稱，意譯「覺有情」。是指已證得覺悟，獲得自我解脫而專為眾生謀覺悟和解脫的佛教大乘學人。是大乘佛教的忠實履行者各大乘佛教濟世思想的重要體現。在佛教修行境界上，是僅次於佛而居第二位的果位。菩薩的形象為在家居士相，一般頭戴花冠，上身著天衣，飾項圈、瓔珞，下身穿羅裙，戴有手釧、臂釧、足釧。菩薩像同佛像一樣也有相好和量度的規定，菩薩的相好要求面容端莊慈祥、衣飾華麗多彩，以體現菩薩慈悲濟世的情懷；菩薩的身量為108指，比佛像身量少12指。菩薩像的造型姿勢也比較簡單，多為一面二臂形象，也有多面多手的形式，但不多見。
This paper introduces the shapes of different Bodhisattvas and the meaning of the things in their hands in Tibetan Budhism.
