Abstract茶文化,禪文化,融成茶禪文化,是我中華民族對世界文明的一大貢獻。相傳神農嘗百草,即知茶有解毒藥效。史傳記載,東晉僧人已于廬山植茶,敦煌行人以飲茶蘇(將茶與姜、桂、桔、棗等香料一起煮成茶湯)助修。隨著華夏文明之發展,演至唐代,而茶文化興起。制茶法由唐餅茶、宋團茶、明葉茶至清工夫茶;飲茶法從唐煮茶、宋點茶、明泡茶,而清沏茶。茶由藥用而飲用、而藝用、而禪用;由上層社會“雅玩”入俗為民間“柴米油鹽醬醋茶”開門七事。茶滲透于文化生活而產生茶具、茶廠、茶行、茶室、茶館、茶經、茶書、茶詩、茶畫、茶歌以至茶道,不一而足。以茶待客,以茶會友,以茶定親,以茶饋禮,以茶貿易,民情風俗,均與茶不可分離。茶文化為中國傳 ......
