Abstract

在《華嚴經》中，毘盧遮那佛常以本願力滿足眾生的一切願，或以神通而為眾生說法，這就構成了毘盧遮那佛以本願救度眾生的敍述。毘盧遮那佛的本願是作為其在因地修行所發的願，從佛來說即是已經圓滿的願。此種滿願的救度義與一般眾生願的成立機理並無二致，但在滿足眾生一切願的力量上有差異。此中佛滿願之方式來說，有主動式滿願與被動式滿願兩種，毘盧遮那佛實傾向主動的方面。
毘盧遮那佛本願救度之發生主要體現在證悟菩提絕對滿足和救度眾生的相對滿足之間，由此才能解釋多佛菩薩與無量眾生救度同時存在的可能。本願救度雖然為眾生而說，但作為行願之菩薩來說，也是自身出離二乘境界的救度舟筏。最後，我們將本願思想與列維納斯之他者的概念加以比較，從中推進了本願救度中可能開展的現代哲學論域，并嘗試提出了他生與我者的概念。
