| Abstract | １９１４年奧登堡率俄國第二次西域考察隊，專程考察敦煌莫高窟，攝影了大量的洞窟內外的照片。由于種種原因，今天莫高窟的外貌以及窟內壁畫、彩塑已有較大的變化，或不存或毀壞。對此，奧登堡當年的照片為我們提供了極其有價值的資料。
In 1914-1915, the second Russian Eastern Turkestan Survey Expedition led by Indologist S. F. Oldenburg reached to Dunhuang. A large number photographs were taken from the interior and exterior of the Mogao Caves. Today, the appearance and the mural paintings and multicolor sculptures of the caves have changed, and someone have disappeared or been destroyed. Therefore, the photographs taken by Oldenburg Expedition have important academic value for research in the following disciples: Dunhuang archaeology, conservation, ancient architecture, and art. The materials are especially important for helping us identify some sculptures and murals that are missing or in poor condition. |
